Role Description The Senior Recruitment Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of professional and leadership positions. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, advise on talent strategies, and present qualified shortlists supported by AI-driven insights and structured assessments. Daily responsibilities include conducting candidate evaluations, coordinating interview processes, managing offers and negotiations, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and talent. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of recruitment practices, market intelligence, and the overall candidate experience.

Qualifications

1. Strong recruiting skills, including end-to-end management of full-cycle recruitment processes.
2. Experience in graduate recruitment, with the ability to engage and assess early-career talent.
3. Consulting capabilities to advise clients on role requirements, market trends, and talent strategies.
4. Proficiency in interviewing, including structured and competency-based techniques.
5. Excellent communication skills, with clear, professional interaction across candidates and clients.
6. Proven experience in agency or in-house recruitment, preferably within professional or technical domains.
7. Ability to interpret data and AI-generated insights to support hiring decisions.
8. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
9. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent mandates.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
11. Prior exposure to the Malaysian talent market and familiarity with local employment practices is an advantage.
